By accessing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors or stock issues).

• Prices shown are in [USD] and exclude applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is charged at time of order. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in refusal of future orders and recovery action.

4. Product Condition & Descriptions

• We sell new, used, refurbished, and reproduction (“repro”) products. Each product listing will include the item condition. If an item is listed as a “repro” or otherwise non-original, that will be clearly stated in the product listing.

• Used items may show wear, scuffs, label fading, or other signs of prior use; cartridges and discs are sold as inspected and described. We do our best to describe defects and functionality in listings; photos take precedence over descriptions where applicable.

5. No Returns / Refunds after 30 Days & Repro Items

• You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. All return requests must follow the procedures in Section 6 below. After 30 days from delivery, no returns or refunds will be accepted except where required by law. (A 30-day window is a common ecommerce practice; you should state your window clearly to customers).

• Reproduction (repro) items are final sale: if a product’s listing clearly states it is a repro and you purchase it despite that notice, that sale is final and not eligible for refund or return unless the item is materially different from the listing or defective on arrival.

6. How to Report Issues / Returns Procedure

• If there is an issue with an order (damaged, missing, DOA, or not-as-described), contact us immediately at FeltnersFinds@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. We will respond and work to make it right.

• For eligible returns within 30 days we typically require: original packaging (if available), proof of purchase, item in the condition it was sent, and a return authorization (RMA) number issued by us. Do not return items without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at buyer expense.

• Buyer pays return shipping unless we confirm the item was shipped in error or defective on arrival.

7. Refunds & Replacements

• If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we caused the error.

• For defective items we may offer replacement or refund at our discretion. Our goal is to make it right; contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

8. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for third-party carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when we deliver the items to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to an item or your use of the site is limited to the purchase price of the item that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data).

• Items are sold “as-is” except where we expressly provide a warranty in the product listing. We do not warrant that products are compatible with all hardware setups or that they will meet your expectations beyond the stated description.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site (text, images, logos) is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content except for placing an order or as expressly permitted.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA. If a dispute arises, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, KY except where local consumer law requires otherwise. Consider arbitration clause only if you want an alternative dispute path.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will have a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitute acceptance.

13. Severability

• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
